The students will be involved in interactive labs pertaining to the course.
ex. VO2 max - Cardiovascular and Respiratory Systems, Nutrition for Athletes, Muscular and Skeletal Systems Lab, Erogonomics Lab and more....

Self Defense
The weeks of November 5th to the 22nd
The students will be activiely involved in learning about Safety and Injury Prevention as per the Grade 9 and 10 Health Curriculum. (using credited outside instructors in Self Defense)
Annual Traditional Ski Trip open to all P.E. students in grades 10 to 12 at Mount St. Louis Moonstone Ski Resort.
